- About 6 × 4 cm and 3–6 cm tall, 80–90 g depending on the topping.
- Keeping them
- Five days sealed at room temperature, best in the first three. Don’t refrigerate. Freezes for up to three months.
- Baked to order
- 2–4 working days in the kitchen, then 1–3 in transit. Flat R120 delivery anywhere in South Africa.
